    8 Openings

    RN – NICU (Level IV)

    Seattle, Washington Permanent 3x12 Nights

    The Opportunity

Eight openings. Level IV acuity. Night shift. If you are an experienced NICU RN looking to take on the most demanding neonatal work in the country, Seattle, Washington has it. Level IV is the ceiling of neonatal care — the most complex cases, the most medically fragile patients, and the kind of clinical environment where your skills build faster than anywhere else. This is a permanent, staff-level position at a high-volume unit in one of the most sought-after cities in the Pacific Northwest.

All eight openings are nights: three 12-hour shifts per week on a 36-hour full-time schedule. These are permanent placements, not contract or travel positions.

Eligible external candidates receive a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Relocation assistance is negotiable for the right candidate. Full benefits begin on your first day of employment.

Requirements include an active Washington RN license upon hire, current BLS certification through the American Heart Association, and NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program through the American Academy of Pediatrics) upon hire. A minimum of one full year of NICU RN experience is required — earned post-graduation in a live clinical NICU. Clinical rotations and residency programs do not count toward this requirement. Level IV NICU experience is specifically what is being targeted.

If you meet the experience criteria and want to learn more, apply now or reach out to book a confidential call. Eight openings move quickly.

    Why Seattle?

Seattle, Washington sits at the intersection of mountain and waterfront in a way that very few American cities can match. The Cascade Range is visible on clear days from much of the city, and the Olympic Peninsula rises across Puget Sound to the west. The outdoors are not a weekend drive from Seattle — they are a 30-minute commute. Hiking, skiing, kayaking, and sailing are year-round pursuits for residents, not occasional excursions. The San Juan Islands are accessible by ferry, and the Pacific coast beaches of the Olympic Peninsula rank among the most dramatic in North America. Portland, Oregon is roughly three hours south, giving residents easy access to a second major metro when a change of scenery sounds right.

Seattle is a full-scale metropolitan area with a deeply developed food scene, strong arts and music culture, and a wide range of neighborhoods — from the historic Pike Place Market waterfront corridor to quieter, tree-lined residential communities in Ballard, Capitol Hill, West Seattle, and Magnolia. Washington state levies no personal income tax, a financial advantage that residents recognize quickly. Public and private school options across the greater metro are strong and varied. The city draws people from across the country for its career opportunities and quality of life, and a significant share of them put down roots and stay for decades. For a healthcare professional weighing a long-term move, Seattle offers the urban infrastructure, outdoor access, and earning environment that makes that commitment straightforward to make.
